Wchan organization for Victims of Human Rights Violations in cooperation with Heartland Alliance International organization conducted a training course for two days on 24-25 Aprill 2016 about (Communication skills for dealing with prisoners, psychological trauma and its effects on mental health) for 20 officers, guards and staff of juvenile and women’s reformatory center in Sulaimani and police directorates in Sulaimani, Rania, Halabja, for to build the capacity of the participants to take in regards psychological aspect when dealing with prisoners.
