The purpose of this project is to guide the capacity building efforts within the Wchan organization by the CVT organization. The plan includes contributions from each project domain (mental health, program evaluation and organizational development). The CVT advisors help facilitate the process. The ultimate goal is to increase the capacity of the organization to better provide psychological\/mental health services to their torture survivor clients and to better track, monitor, and evaluate such services. Partner center capacity building under this project also includes increasing organizational capacity in the areas of governance, management, finance, and fund development. Overall, the combination of proposed interventions will improve the access to and quality of services provided by the organization.<\/p>\n
